Withdraw from contract

Within 14 days of subscribing you can withdraw without giving a reason, and without signing in. We refund what you paid, minus the days before your withdrawal reaches us, within 14 days.

When should it end?

Only for a cancellation. A withdrawal ends the subscription now, with a refund for the days not used.

At the end of the paid month
The earliest date for a normal cancellation. You keep access until then. Immediately, for an important reason
An extraordinary cancellation. Tell us the reason: renewal stops at once, and we reply by email within 2 working days.
