The first lesson of every course is free to watch, no subscription needed.

Cancel in your account, or on our cancel page without signing in. Your subscription stops renewing, you keep access until the end of the month you paid for, and you are not charged again. We confirm it by email straight away.

Your 14-day right to withdraw

Within 14 days of subscribing you can withdraw from the contract, without giving a reason. This right is for every subscriber, wherever you live.

At checkout you ask for your subscription to start right away, so you can watch at once. If you withdraw, we keep the price of the days before your withdrawal reached us and refund the rest, VAT included, to the card you paid with, within 14 days.

Use the withdrawal page (no sign-in needed), reply to your order email, or write to us. We email you a button to confirm, so nobody else can end your subscription.

Refunds

Apart from a withdrawal within 14 days, we refund a billing error (for example a double charge), a service that does not work as promised and that we cannot fix, and anything else the law of your country requires. Other renewals and part-months are not refunded.

Taxes

If you live in the European Union, VAT at your country's rate is added and shown in the total before you pay. Businesses with a valid VAT number can enter it at checkout. Outside the EU we currently add no VAT or sales tax.
